Captain [[Charles Gauntlett Dicken|Charles G. Dicken]] was appointed to the Admiralty for Special Service on 24 February, 1902, and to the ''Audacious'', undated, for command of all torpedo boat destroyers in Home waters.<ref>"Naval and Military Intelligence" (Official Appointments and Notices).
