Service
Concord collided with the destroyer Ostrich on 19 February, 1917, prompting a reproach for Captain Paton that he should have familiarised himself with his patrol area beforehand.[8] She recommissioned at Devonport 24 October, 1919.[9]
Alterations
Concord and her sister Centaur were among the first light cruisers to be completed with a director.[10] They also had the first Evershed Bearing Indicator installations for light cruisers, possibly upon completion.[11]
