H.M.S. Northbrook was a troopship of 5820 tonnes active with the Royal Indian Marine.
Service
In June 1917, Northbrook assisted in the capture the Turkish garrison at Salif.

- Captain Lancelot N. Turton, 3 February, 1916 – 7 February, 1917
- Captain William H. D. Boyle, 7 February, 1917 – 13 August, 1917
- Captain Lancelot N. Turton, 13 August, 1917 – October, 1917
- Acting Captain Basil G. Washington, 14 March, 1918 – June, 1918 (and as Flag Captain)
In February, 1917, Boyle and Turton were swapping command of this ship with H.M.S. Fox.
