Commander (retired) Reginald Aylen, (9 September, 1879 – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Aylen was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 31 December, 1901.[1]

Aylen was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 31 December, 1909.[2]

Aylen's wartime service was to provide navigation services at Portsmouth Dockyard through 1917 and then at Rosyth.[3]

Aylen was placed on the Retired List at his own request at the rank of Commander on 18 September, 1922.[4]

World War II

Aylen served at the Devonport Anti-Gas School.[5]
