Lieutenant-Commander Wilfred Algernon Higgins, (12 July, 1893 – 2 August, 1926) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Higgins passed out of Royal Naval College, Dartmouth in April, 1910 ranked 57th of 77 cadets in marks on the Part I examination.[1]
Higgins was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 May, 1916.
Higgins was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 May, 1924.
He died of heat stroke while in command of the river gunboat Teal and was buried in Shanghai.
