On 29 September, 1917, she was escorting a single steamer with Tirade when Tirade veered off to attack and destroy UC 55 when the submarine floundered trying to recover from a diving misadventure.[5]

Reduced to C. & M. Party at Devonport on 15 October, 1919.[6]
