Captain Lisle Francis Small, (10 January, 1895 – 1969) served in the United States Navy.
Life & Career
Small was born in Iowa.
Small was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 July, 1920.[1]
Small was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Commander on 1 July, 1927.[2]
Small was promoted to the rank of Commander on 3 June, 1937.[3]
World War II
Small was promoted to the rank of Captain on 30 June, 1942.[4]
