Temporary Lieutenant R.N.V.R. James Neville Coombs, ( – ) served in the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve.
I have been unable to find a Service Record for him at The National Archives.
Life & Career
Coombs was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant R.N.V.R. on 1 January, 1943.[1]
