Brien Michael Money was a Captain in charge of Eleventh Destroyer Flotilla in 1918 when the German High Fleet surrendered in November 1918.[Citation needed] He would remain in the Navy after the war and was appointed Captain of HMS Concord between June 1921 and September 1922.[1] In May 1924, Money was appointed as Director of Torpedoes and Mining (Royal Navy).[2] Money would serve in the role until he was appointed as commander of H.M.S. Eagle (1918), a role he would serve between 1 October 1926 and 1 June 1928.[3]
