John Flavel Hubbard, (2 July, 1867 – ) served in the United States Navy.

Life & Career

Born in New York state, Hubbard was appointed to the Navy on 19 May, 1884.[1]

Hubbard was promoted to the rank of Commander on 23 October, 1909.[2]
