Lambert's Attack Director
From The Dreadnought Project

Lambert's Attack Director was a torpedo control device invented by Lieutenant W. O. H. Lambert.
Six of these were ordered in 1913.[1]
Seven of them were undergoing trial at sea around 1915.[2]
By its name, it was likely not merely a torpedo director, but a device to help frame the approach to a firing or to coordinate the fire of multiple ships.[Inference]
