Revision as of 16:27, 28 May 2013

A total of twenty "PC" Boats decoy patrol vessels were completed for work with the Royal Navy.

The first ten ordered were taken up from vessels intended to be "P" Class Patrol Boats. The two classes used the same numbering line.

All "PC" boats were launched between September 1916 and October 1918, but the launch dates we provide are approximate.

Design

They were armed as follows:[1]

  • one 4-in
  • two 12-pdrs
