John Whalen, (18 April, 1887 – ) served in the United States Navy.

Life & Career

Boatswain 27 March, 1916.

Whalen was temporarily promoted to the rank of Lieutenant in accordance with the Act of May 22, 1917 on 21 September, 1918.
