Lieutenant-Commander R.N.R. (retired) Charles Harry Webb, R.N.R. (21 October, 1879 – 2 April, 1951) served in the Royal Naval Reserve.
Life & Career
He was placed on the Retired List on 28 August, 1912.[1]
Webb was appointed in command of the first-class torpedo boat T.B. 111 on 13 August, 1917.[2]
He was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant R.N.R. on 19 October, 1918 and reverted to the Retired List on 12 February, 1919. He was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander R.N.R. on 19 October, 1918.[3]
