Director Trainer

A Director Trainer is a sailor who functions as part of a Gunnery Director crew. Much as a Trainer is responsible for setting the proper training of the mount, the Director Trainer looks through a sighting telescope and works handwheels (one or two) to place his crosshairs on the target.
