Commander R.N.R. (retired) Joseph Groves Boxhall, R.D., R.N.R. (23 March, 1884 – ) served in the Royal Naval Reserve.
Life & Career
Boxall was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant R.N.R. on 27 May, 1915.[1]
He was demobilised on 21 February 1919.[2]
Boxall was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander R.N.R. on 27 May, 1923.[3]
Boxall was placed on the Retired List on account of age at the rank of Commander R.N.R. on 23 March, 1929.[4]
In 1948, he reported that he was retired and living in Burton, Christchurch.[5]
