Reginald Rowan Belknap

Rear Admiral Reginald Rowan Belknap, (26 June, 1871 – 30 March, 1959) served in the United States Navy.

Life & Career

Belknap was promoted to the rank of Rear Admiral on 23 May, 1917.[1]
