Stanley William Moughtin

Commander R.N.R. (retired) Stanley William Moughtin (4 May, 1884 – ) served in the Royal Naval Reserve.

Life & Career

Moughtin was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant R.N.R. on 1 October, 1915.[1]

On 13 March 1918, Moughtin collided with a submerged object and was informed that he had not exercised due caution.[2]

Moughtin was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander R.N.R. on 1 October, 1923.[3]

Moughtin was placed on the Retired List on account of age with the rank of Commander R.N.R. on 4 May, 1929.[4]
