H.M.S. Mindful was one of 103 destroyers of the "M" class.

Service

Mindful was one of the first three destroyers in the Twelfth Destroyer Flotilla when it was first formed in November, 1915.[5]

She operated with the Twelfth Destroyer Flotilla at the Battle of Jutland.[6]

Reduced to C. & M. Party at Devonport on 15 October, 1919.[7]
