Chief Gunner Herbert Daniel Jehan, D.S.C. (2 February, 1878 – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Life and Service

Jehan was appointed to Cherwell of the Channel Squadron on 19 January, 1909. His service in her ended on 3 April.

He was appointed to Iron Duke on 17 April, 1913 and stayed in her until 15 December, 1917.

He was recommended for early promotion for his service at the Battle of Jutland while serving aboard Iron Duke.

He was made a Chief Gunner on 14 July, 1917.[1]
