The Submarine Torpedo Flotilla was a submarine formation in the United States Navy first formed in 1907.
History
January, 1908
The flotilla has three Viper class submarines and a tender. Flotilla is under the command of Lieutenant Courtney, in Hist.

The submarine Octopus has arrived and become the lead submarine, replacing Hist, which has departed for "Special Service". Strength is now four submarines.[1]
