Lieutenant-Commander Seton Stenart Crichton Mitchell, (9 March, 1902 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Mitchell was awarded the Commander Egerton Prize for passing the best examination in practical Gunnery when qualifying for Gunnery Lieutenant.
