Commander (retired) Herbert Moseley Perfect, D.S.M. (14 October, 1867 – 27 March, 1938) served in the Royal Navy and the Royal Naval Reserve.
Life & Career
Perfect entered the Navy at the rank of Lieutenant on 1 October, 1898.
