Commander R.N.R. (retired) George Sharon Loraine (22 December, 1881 – 12 January, 1963) was an officer in the Royal Naval Reserve.
Life & Career
Loraine was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant R.N.R. on 1 November, 1916.
Loraine was appointed in command of the destroyer Surly on 26 January, 1918.[1]
Loraine was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander R.N.R. on 1 November, 1924.
Later in life, he became a company director.
