Commander Michael Stephens Beatty, (1 September, 1852 – 29 August, 1928) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Beatty was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 12 July, 1878.
Beatty was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1893.
Placed on the Retired List at his own request on 8 August, 1902.
