Captain (retired) Vernon Stanhope Rashleigh, C.B.E. (10 September, 1879 – 4 January, 1946) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Rashleigh was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 July, 1900.
Rashleigh was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on
