H.M.S. B 8 was one of eleven "B" class coastal submarines completed for the Royal Navy.

Service

By March 1915, the submarine had joined three other "B" class boats in the [[Mediterranean Submarine Flotilla].

In October, she left with B 7 and B 9 to the British Adriatic Squadron.
