Arthur Walter Forbes, D.S.O., ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
On 5 April, 1917, Forbes was captain of the submarine C 7 and he sank UC 68 in a night attack near the Schouwen Bank.[1][2]
On 6 March, 1918, he was killed when his new command, submarine H 5 was rammed by the S.S. Rutherglen in Carnarvon Bay.[3]
