Lieutenant Hugh Babington ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Babington was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 June, 1914.[1]

He was appointed in command of the patrol boat PC 63 on 2 September, 1918.[2]
