Admiral Edward Herbert Moubray, Royal Navy, Retired (22 January, 1865 – ?, 1929) was an officer of the Royal Navy.

Promoted to the rank of Captain on 31 December, 1905.

Moubray was appointed Captain in Charge and King's Harbour Master at Rosyth on 7 March, 1913.

Promoted to the rank of Vice-Admiral on the Retired List on 6 April, 1922.
