Francis Alfred Leopold Vossler ( – ) served in the United States Navy.
Life & Career
Vossler and Ensign William F. Amsden were detached from the Hartford on 30 June, 1910 for duty in connection with the Navy Rifle Team at the Boston Navy Yard.[1]
