H.M.S. Penn was one of one hundred and three destroyers of the "M" class built for the Royal Navy during the Great War.

Service

Penn joined the Thirteenth Destroyer Flotilla in June, 1916.[5]

She transferred to the Fourteenth Destroyer Flotilla in February 1918 with five other of the Thirteenth's "M" class destroyers.[6]

Penn was reduced to C. & M. Party at Portsmouth on 17 October, 1919.[7]
