H.M.S. H 27 was one of forty-four "H" class submarines completed for the Royal Navy in the 1910s.

Service

In mid-1927, she was attached to the Fifth Submarine Flotilla.[6]

Commissioned at Portsmouth on 1 September 1928 for service with the Fifth Submarine Flotilla.[7]

Commissioned on 10 August, 1929 for service with the Fifth Submarine Flotilla.[8]
