Lieutenant-Commander Edmond Poole Gabbett, (30 August, 1884 – 22 September, 1914) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Gabbett was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant in October, 1899.
Gabbett was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander in October, 1907.
Gabbett was appointed to the armoured cruiser H.M.S. Cressy as navigator for the Test Mobilisation and died when she was sunk by U 9 on 22 September, 1914.
