Commander (retired) Oliver Clive Warner, (18 September, 1887 – 17 January, 1937) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Warner was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 31 December, 1909.
He grounded T.B. 5 in March of 1912 due to a "lack of seamanlike precaution."
Warner was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 31 December, 1917.
Warner was placed on the Retired List at the rank of Commander upon his arrival back in the U.K. on 17 November, 1929.
