Admiral Edward Herbert Moubray, Royal Navy, Retired (22 January, 1865?, 1929) was an officer of the Royal Navy.

Promoted to the rank of Captain on 31 December, 1905.

Moubray was appointed Captain in Charge and King's Harbour Master at Rosyth on 7 March, 1913.

Promoted to the rank of Vice-Admiral on the Retired List on 6 April, 1922.
