Captain Philip Francklin, M.V.O., Royal Navy (18 May, 1874 – 1 November, 1914) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Francklin was the fourth son of Mr. and the Honourable Mrs. Francklin. He was promoted to the rank of Captain on 22 June, 1911.[1]

He was killed in command of H.M.S. Good Hope at the Battle of Coronel on 1 November, 1914.
