Admiral Sir Lewis Bayly, CVO, CB, KCB, KCMG (28 September, 1857 – 16 May, 1938) was an officer of the Royal Navy.

He was appointed President of the Royal Naval War College, Portsmouth in 1908 and remained in that position until 1911.
