Vizeadmiral Richard Engel (27 July, 1866 – 22 November, 1954) was an officer in the Imperial German Navy.
Life & Career
He was appointed command of the Rheinland.
He was promoted to the rank of Vizeadmiral on 29 October, 1918.[1]
