Lieutenant-Commander R.N.R. James Lecky, R.D., R.N.R. (15 June, 1885 – ) served in the Royal Naval Reserve.
Life & Career
Lecky obtained a first-class gunnery certificate in June 1909 and participated in the Annual Manoeuvres of 1909. In September, he qualfiied for a second-class certificate in torpedoes.[1]
Lecky was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant R.N.R. on 24 August, 1912.[2]
Lecky was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander R.N.R. on 24 August, 1920.[3]
Lecky resigned on 6 April, 1925.[4]
