Temporary Lieutenant R.N.V.R. Arthur Reginald Browne, ( – ) served in the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve.
I have been unable to find a Service Record for him at The National Archives.
Life & Career
Browne was made a temporary Lieutenant R.N.V.R. on 15 February, 1941.[1]
