Admiral Sir Lewis Bayly, CVO, KCB, KCMG (28 September, 1857 – 16 May, 1938) was an officer of the Royal Navy.
Entered the Royal navy on 15 July, 1870. Queenstown 20 July, 1915.
He was appointed President of the Royal Naval War College, Portsmouth in 1908 and remained in that position until 1911.
