George William McOran Campbell ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Campbell was appointed in command of the first class protected cruiser Blake on 28 August, 1916.[1]
Campbell commanded the destroyer Obedient at the Battle of Jutland as part of the Twelfth Destroyer Flotilla.[2]
He was appointed in command of the battleship Thunderer in August, 1924.[3]
