Captain Philip Francklin, M.V.O., Royal Navy (18 May, 18741 November, 1914) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Francklin was the fourth son of Mr. and the Honourable Mrs. Francklin. He was killed in command of H.M.S. Good Hope at the Battle of Coronel on 1 November, 1914.
