Admiral Norman Craig Palmer, C.V.O., Royal Navy, Retired (20 August, 1866 – 12 January, 1926) was an officer of the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Palmer was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1899.[1]
Palmer was promoted to the rank of Captain on 1 January, 1904.[2]
He was appointed in command of H.M.S. Conqueror on 16 December, 1913.[3]
Great War
Palmer was promoted to the rank of Rear-Admiral on 18 December, 1914, vice Eyres.[4]
Post-War
Palmer was promoted to the rank of Vice-Admiral on 1 August, 1919.[5] He was placed on the Retired List on 2 August.[6]
He was advanced to the rank of Admiral on the Retired List on 31 July, 1924.[7]
