Admiral SIR Percy Lockhart Harnam Noble, G.B.E., K.C.B., C.V.O., Royal Navy (16 January, 188025 July, 1955) was an officer of the Royal Navy.

Noble was promoted to the rank of Rear-Admiral on 10 October, 1929, vice Eliot, placed on the Retired List.[1]
