Rear-Admiral SIR Arthur Malcolm Peters, K.C.B., D.S.C. (1 June, 1888 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Peters was appointed in command of the light cruiser Champion in December, 1932.[1]
Peters was appointed in command of the Southampton on 2 November, 1936 to take her through her trials. He was soon thereafter re-appointed as Flag Captain in her, staying there until at least 1937 and possibly 1939.
