H.M.S. H 24 was one of forty-four "H" class submarines completed for the Royal Navy in the 1910s.

Service

H 24 was commissioned on 28 June, 1922 for service with the Third Submarine Flotilla.[7]

In mid-1927, she was one of three "H" class boats comprising Group "E" Submarines in Reserve at Portland, under the collective command of Lieutenant-Commander E. B. Clark, appointed 23 May, 1927.[8]

She was commissioned on 20 March 1928 for service with the Sixth Submarine Flotilla.[9]
