Captain Philip Norman Walter, D.S.O. (12 December, 1898 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Walter was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 November, 1919.
Walter was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 November, 1927.
Walter was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1932.
World War II
Walter was promoted to the rank of Captain on 30 June, 1940.
Walter was taken prisoner by the Italians. Repatriated and back in the U.K. by 10 April, 1943.
