The Second Submarine Flotilla was a formation of submarines of the Royal Navy.

Composition

Test Mobilisation of July 1914[1]

A defensive flotilla out of Portsmouth.

July, 1918[3]
The Flotilla, along with the Third Submarine Flotilla was part of the East Coast Forces, operating out of the Humber. The flotilla is tender to depôt ship Titania.
